Rome City Tax is not included in the price: 3.5 EUR per person, per night (up to 10 nights) and will be charged and asked for at the reception on arrival. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years old.

At the time of booking, please inform the reception about your estimated time of arrival.
Arrivals after 8:00PM could be charged of 20 Euros as late check in.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee.
After this deadline the cost of one night will be charged to your credit card.
Children and extra beds
Children under the age of 3 years old can stay for free (the cradle is available on request).
Extra beds are also available on request. The cost of each extra bed is 30 EUR per night.
Breakfast
Breakfast (continental breakfast) will be served in your room from 08:00 till 10:30 am
